How to Choose the Correct Helmet

Choosing the right helmet is crucial for your safety and comfort. Follow these steps to ensure a perfect fit:

1. Measure Your Head: Using a flexible tape measure, wrap it around the largest part of your head, about a half-inch above your eyebrows and ears.
